Runlume Agent · Your unified assistant

Runlume Agent is the platform’s official unified assistant. Within tenant authorization, it uses the capabilities and data of systems you own to understand business context, proactively handle tasks, and follow through on results.

One assistant across your business systems.

01

Understand business across systems

Bring customers, orders, content, and progress into one context. Agent retrieves the information a task needs from authorized systems, reducing manual switching and copying.

02

Act proactively and follow through

Start tasks around your goals, schedules, and business events. Call the relevant systems, track progress, and report results—going beyond questions and answers.

03

Connect capabilities and data

Query business data and invoke the actions systems expose. Agent combines capabilities around a task, connecting retrieval, analysis, execution, and reporting.

TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Agent coordinates. Systems connect.

Agent coordinates systems

The unified assistant interprets a goal, gathers context, and invokes capabilities across systems. Any system the tenant owns and has connected can participate within its granted scope.

Systems collaborate directly

Business systems can call each other’s capabilities and exchange data through platform-authorized connections without routing every interaction through Agent. CRM can provide customer information to Orders, while Orders returns fulfilment updates.

FROM GOAL TO ACTION

One goal. Work carried through.

Find customers who need follow-up and move the work forward using their order context.
  1. Gather context

Retrieve customer and follow-up records from CRM, then transactions and fulfilment context from Orders.

  2. Take the next step

Prioritize work, create follow-up tasks, and notify their owners through connected capabilities. Route actions that require confirmation to the designated person.

  3. Follow through and report

Track execution and report completed work, pending confirmations, and exceptions to the team.

Proactive work. Within your authorization.

Callable capabilities depend on the tenant’s systems, app state, subscription entitlements, and explicit grants. Agent and system-to-system calls respect the same data boundaries. Publishing, sending, and business changes follow the tenant’s authorization and confirmation rules.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How does the agent participate in business?

Which systems can the agent use?

The agent uses capabilities of systems the tenant owns, has integrated, and has actively connected within its authorized scope. A task description cannot grant access to unauthorized systems, other tenants, or restricted data.

Do important business changes still require human confirmation?

Actions requiring confirmation are routed to the designated people. Task rules and system permissions jointly constrain execution. The agent organizes and follows up work; it does not replace the business owner’s judgment on material changes, data use, or outcomes.

How can the team follow task results and exceptions?

The agent tracks processing states and reports completed items, pending confirmations, and exceptions. Verify business outcomes against the relevant systems’ records; generated explanations are not proof that a transaction or fulfilment has completed.
