What do Site, CMS, GEO, CRM, and Orders each cover?
Site provides brand pages and lead entry points; CMS manages content; GEO observes brand presence and content opportunities in AI search; CRM manages customers and follow-up; Orders handles transactions and fulfilment. They operate independently and can collaborate through authorized connections.
Can a business start with one app and add more later?
Apps can be selected independently and added as needs develop. Features, resources, instance counts, and combined entitlements follow the selected plan or contract. Additional apps also require the appropriate connections and permissions.
How do official apps differ from third-party resources?
Runlume provides the official apps; named external providers supply third-party resources. Confirm each provider, license, support scope, and data handling separately. A platform listing does not change a third party’s terms or contractual relationships.
