Integration and deployment
Check where the product can run, how it stores data, and what network access and integration it needs. A catalog listing does not mean the app is already set up or works in every environment.
Business systems, ready for private deployment.
Choose a subscription or deploy business systems on company-managed servers or private clouds and connect to Runlume. Manage business databases independently and exchange data through explicit grants. System collaboration and Agent calls respect tenant and permission boundaries.
Software licensing, deployment, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, platform services, and resource usage for private deployments follow the selected agreement.

Following transactions and fulfilment through orders.
How do OMS records differ from CRM records?
CRM tracks leads, customers, and follow-up. OMS organizes transaction details, fulfilment progress, and customer transaction history around individual orders. Authorized customer links connect opportunity follow-up with delivery coordination.
Does creating an order mean payment or fulfilment is complete?
No. Order creation, payment confirmation, and completed fulfilment are separate facts that require their corresponding records. Payment, reconciliation, and logistics integrations follow the project scope. An order or generated description alone is not proof of received funds or delivered goods.
How can a business connect its existing order workflow?
Identify order sources, customer identifiers, fulfilment stages, and stage owners before defining fields and interfaces. Acceptance should check records, status changes, and exception handling. Existing-system adaptation and historical-order preparation follow the agreed deliverables.
