COMMON QUESTIONS

Choosing an agent: tasks and resources.

Does an Agent subscription include every business app?

Agent, business apps, and usage resources have distinct entitlements; combinations depend on the selected plan. Agent uses systems the account owns and has authorized. An Agent subscription does not automatically provision all apps or broaden business-data access.

How do Agent subscription fees differ from model usage charges?

The subscription defines features and any included resources; model usage follows the relevant metering rules. Check included token allowances, supported models, validity, and overage handling. Confirm external-service charges separately; a subscription does not imply unlimited calls.

What is needed before assigning business work to Agent?

Define the task, participating systems, permitted reads and changes, and actions requiring human confirmation. Validate execution records and exception feedback with a bounded task before expanding usage. Check material business outcomes against the relevant systems’ records.
