## Business systems, ready for private deployment.

Choose a subscription or deploy business systems on company-managed servers or private clouds and connect to Runlume. Manage business databases independently and exchange data through explicit grants. System collaboration and Agent calls respect tenant and permission boundaries.

Software licensing, deployment, implementation, maintenance, upgrades, platform services, and resource usage for private deployments follow the selected agreement.

## Products and services: choosing and working together.

### How do apps, skills, tokens, and professional services differ?

Apps support business operations; skills provide task methods or development guidance; token resources support AI usage within an agreed scope; professional services provide project implementation and support. Delivery, licensing, and billing differ, so choose according to the intended use.

### How is pricing confirmed when no fixed price is listed?

Scoped services first define goals, work, deliverables, and acceptance criteria, followed by quotation, payment, and support arrangements. Subscriptions and resources follow the plan, allowance, validity period, and renewal rules shown when ordering.

### Can business apps be privately deployed?

Business apps support local or private deployment under an agreed plan. Confirm the runtime, server and network requirements, deployment responsibilities, maintenance, upgrades, and backups. Private deployment does not mean every external dependency is hosted locally.

### Does provider screening guarantee a third party’s results?

Qualification screening supports admission to the platform; it is not a guarantee of results. Confirm the contracting party, scope, costs, data handling, and support responsibilities. The customer’s contract with the third-party provider governs the engagement.
